You'll find details of the 20+ weekly groups that we run where you can take part in activities such as art, crafts, walking, photography, gardening, and many more, or simply chat in a supportive environment aimed at helping to improve mental health and wellbeing.
If you see an activity or group that you'd like to try, there's no need to book, just go along! But if you'd like to have a chat with someone first, then just give us a call on 01452 317460 or email us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We can tell you more about the group or activity, and if required, put you in touch with the person who runs that group if you have further questions.
